I love that picture!

€uroMeinke 06-10-2006 09:43 AM

Well, some people who come to our home know not to mess with Scoundral...

Not Afraid 06-10-2006 09:43 AM

LOL! That's too great! My Jack is too friendly to do that, but Scoundrel would.

I wasn't aware that there was a black bear population in NJ. Learn something new every day. :)

Bad Cat !!

Poor Bear !!

...Bears are very misunderstood.

:D

Gemini Cricket 06-11-2006 07:05 AM

The cat was hungry.
:D

I like that photo, too. Awesome.

Kevy Baby 06-11-2006 07:12 AM

There is one question that comes up from this story: if there are bears in the area, why are the owners lettng thir cat roam free?

Or was the bear an isolated incident?

Stan4dSteph 06-11-2006 07:21 AM

Bears don't eat cats, so it's not that big of a deal to have your cat out with bears in the area. Most likely the bear will just avoid the cat, or the cat will be intimidated by the bear. I'd be more concerned about the cat getting hit by a car.

Gemini Cricket 06-11-2006 11:54 AM

Or a cat getting hit by a car driven by a bear. Those girls get plastered during Pride Month...
:D

lashbear 06-11-2006 09:12 PM

No. We drive Mopeds....

Kevy Baby 06-11-2006 10:46 PM

Now there's a vision for you: a Bear on a moped!

wendybeth 06-11-2006 10:50 PM

Hey, when I lived in Florida I drove a moped! Does that make me a bear? Somehow, I think it's a bit more involved than that.

CoasterMatt 06-11-2006 10:54 PM

All we need now are some Shriners driving those little cars...

Strike Up The Band!!

BTW: That musical piece is called "Entry of the gladiators" - but I bet you can't imagine Russell Crowe tripping into the Coliseum while it plays !

...I can imagine him entering a few other things, though...

...aahhh, it's good to be back.
