Okay, who wants a beautiful, 10 year old PowerMac 7600/132? Last time I checked (oh...5 years ago), it was in working order. I've got aftermarket keyboard and mouse, plus an external SCSI hard drive (probably something huge, like 40MB...yes, MB). And a printer. The monitor died, however.

If you claim it by tonight and can pick it up from our place in Irvine within a couple days, it's yours. Otherwise, I'm scrapping it, it's cluttered my closet for FAR too long.

Yeah. We've had a 2 bedroom apartment since we moved in together (thanks to my parents' insistance, seeing as we weren't married). So we kept separate closets. And at this point, we each fill a closet (and then some) with our own crap. So yeah, I'm not surprised she lost track of what's burried in the walkin that I use. Heck, I was surprised at what I found today (hey CP, guess what I've been doing today!).

If I wasn't so far from Irvine, I would take it in a heartbeat.

Maybe some Mac user closer to you (Kevy comes to mind) will be lucky enough to take it off your hands?

Yeah, sorry for the short notice and all that, but considering that it's sat there for 5 years, I KNOW if I don't just get rid of it now, it'll sit for another 5 years and I really need to get that brick outta here.

I've got a Mac Plus, and SE-30, a Performa 6200 (POS!!!), a 7300, and an iMac sitting around. I DON'T need another Mac!

Psh, you can never have enough Macs :D

I've never managed to get into the closet, though. If I've never been in, I suppose I can never come out.

I also have a Macintosh Classic if anyone wants it. I think it still works.

I don't know why, but when I read this I think of CPs Relic purse and briefly wonder why Greg is trying to give it away.
