As the film goes on, the narrator seems to get more and more turned on.

Did anyone notice the one magazine named "Swank"?

Ah, but how can they claim the early pornographers lacked JudeoChristian values when another of the magazines is titled "Rapture?"

You know, this makes me think of a feature I heard on NPR about Teens and the Internet.

Somewhere in the story, it states that todays generation of teens are the first to grow up entirely with the Internet having unfettered exposure to such things as hard core porn. One of the interviewed teens wonders how she would raise her children to avoid the ill effects - all the while ignoring the fact that she grew up with it just fine - or at least doesn't go in to the kind of damage it casued her.

So what really is the fear of porn and teens? that it will make them more sexually active? homosexual? perverse? - I wonder what stats are available on this current crop of teens and just how really different their sexuality is compared to previous generations.

oops sorry for taking this thread down a more serious path

No, that's alright. But if our study finds that teens of today are even more perverse, then perhaps I wasn't robbing the right cradles after all.

Doubt it - despite the wonders of the internet with Fetishes of every type, nothing has come close to reading the Marquis De Sade in his almost encyclopedic depiction of his captive fantasies.

Well, then again there was that clown sex site I saw once...

Rubber Noses, Big Floppy Shoes - yeah, that's a turn on...

innerSpaceman 08-03-2006 09:55 PM

And to think, I might have been spared my life of depravity ... or any sex life at all if I'd only had prolonged exposure to the clown sex site. :D

I've long wondered how these experts would reckon I ended up as I did, thoroughly sheltered childhood and all. I must just be innately deviant.
