Nephy at the parks- come out and play?

Gonna be playing at the parks Oct 20, 22nd, 23rd and 24th- would love to see some of you.

Maybe some of us can relive moments from the last meet- good times :snap:

Hey- It's been suggested that I have a dinner/drinks combo on Friday the 22nd. I want to get an idea of who can make it so I can make reservations-I would love to invite and include the swanky ones from LoT.

So- dinner around 7pm Friday at Storytellers followed by drinks at the Hearthstone Lounge.

You know I'd be there, but that's the night of the "Non-Rehearsal" dinner. If you feel any tremors, that's not a SoCal earthquake, but the parents meeting for the first time. :evil:

I hope so- I am planning on it. With any luck I can grab a cheap ticket, find a cheap place to stay and pay for a couple of days at the parks.

Keep your fingers crossed- I would have gotten my bonus and tax return- so the chances are good.

I would love to be there, but night meets are out for me unless I get a room. Day meets on the weekend are ok, but, even though I am in the park, I can't get myself to go to a meet.

I should update this cause I think I made it more confusing-

I will be in the park all day on Friday. Then dinner at 7pm at Storytellers.

Saturday I will be changing hotels and then heading to the wedding.

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday are all days at the parks. So Day meets are possible.

I might be at the park on Sunday. Not too sure. Depends how Saturday goes. ;) If i do, I say a ride on Splash is in order!

on special assignment for the rest of the week but should be able to meet up for dinner on friday night... if no unforeseen problems develop.

if we bump into each other before 7:00pm friday, feel free to say hello, but, i won't be able to stop to chat. i won't know for sure about dinner until about 6:30pm friday.

btw, generally, they do not seat until the entire party is present... it may be wise to get a count that is as close as possible.

That is as close as possible based on the list I have- to be honest I am about to cancel dinner and just have drinks.

Whoo hoo. I've got room for 33 more messages now. I wonder how long that will last.

I walked through the hub twice yesterday. Once on our way to NOL Square and then right back out again when we saw the mass of humanity. This was 11-11:30ish. I didn't see anyone, so we kept walking.

YEah, I heard not to many showed and Nephy was under the weather. I ran into her at DCA and we closed the park.

Oh no! Not the flu, I hope. I was sick last week and still having headaches.

Sometimes, I have experienced, the park is sooo crowded you can't find anyone.

I hope you feel better.

Sorry, but the time stamp on your photos prove the Nephy visit was a hoax. Those images are over 4 years old and from a previous meet.

GC, Zap, Nephy and I had lunch today. Guess where we went? ;) (Hint: we were with Zap.)

Ok- quick catch up.

I did go to the meet- but yes, either the pretzel or the raspberry coke tried to kill me. I went home and lost everyone who had been at the meet. I ran into Bornieo at DCA- what luck! Though he does stand out in a crowd- (not that there was a crowd at DCA that day)

anywho- we closed the park down and had a blast! He told me about the country bear heads in Pooh- which was awesome. We did Splash twice with fun pictures (I did one yesterday where it looks like I am sleeping in the back) and just- wow- it was so much fun. We decided we have to close the park together every time I am out there- it's a tradition now. :)

I will post more when I have time- and pictures. I did have lunch with NA GC and Zap-at Jazz Kitchen. It was great-
