Late Night Taxis at Van Nuys?

Does anyone know if taxis run from there late at night? Hmmm... I'm doing research, but figured I'd post it here in case we happened to magically have a resident expert....

To clarify, I don't mean the city, I mean the airport, which has landing restrictions for most planes starting at 10, all others 11. On the other hand, helicopters can land at any time. I'm taking the fly-away up to Van Nuys, but probably won't get there until 11:30PM

Ghoulish Delight 01-10-2007 12:11 PM

Do you mean the airport?

The Flyaway runs 24/7, so I wouldn't be surprised if there's taxi service connected to that. But I don't know for sure.

I thought this said "Taxes." As if it were perhaps another proposed swanking event, whereby LoTers would congregate at some night spot to complete their 1040s en masse, while sipping martinis.

Actually.... Not a bad idea, Prudence...

Perhaps, but it doesn't get much less swanky than Van Nuys.

blueerica 01-10-2007 04:28 PM

Well, we could go do our taxes at <insert random hotel lounge>. ;)

How very true!

innerSpaceman 01-10-2007 11:00 PM

Oh, let's all do our taxes at The Standard this year!

April 15th is a Sunday this year, so we could have a weekend tax swanking

CoasterMatt 01-10-2007 11:13 PM

Rose's birthday is the 18th, so we can have a birthday/taxes swanking. :)

Kevy Baby 01-11-2007 08:29 AM

They're taxing birthdays now? WTF??

Not Afraid 01-11-2007 10:02 AM

In a former household, "doing taxes" was a euphamism for having sex.

In the former household, was there only sex for the first 4 months of the year?

Apparently that was enough to produce 5 children.

Kevy Baby 01-11-2007 06:15 PM

Ever notice how many accountants have kids with birthdays in January?
