WDW Dream Suite Hereby Crowned King

The Disneyland Hotel's Mickey Dream Suite may be tres swanky, but it turns out the Walt Disney World Dream Suite inside Cinderella Castle is coronated King, Duke and naturally Princess - - not merely because of its far superior location, location, location - - but because it triumphantly rules in terms of themeing, fantasy and fun for the family lucky enough to win a night there.

Check the royal photographs

Le Sigh.

Wow!

We got to peek into the Mickey suite this past December, it was way cool...our room was directly across from the bedroom exit door and the bratchild actually spoke to one of the families as they were leaving ...it is very very cool, but I'd have to say that this is Royal treatment to the ninth degree!

There would be no reason to leave and go into the parks!! Bath, roomservice, view, princess beds, WOW!!

Seems a bit chlostrophobic. Are there any real windows in the suite?

If you stay there can you go out and walk around a night or are you locked in?

Do you have to wait until the gates open before you can leave your room?

innerSpaceman 01-14-2007 01:07 PM

You are locked in, but that's all part of the charm. You are locked away in a vast, fairytale castle. Rescue comes with the dawn ... but oh, what a (k)night!

RStar 01-14-2007 01:27 PM

And I wouldn't want to leave anyway! But if you need anything, don't worry! You have 24 hr. service at your beck and call! This also includes security, btw....

I'm MUCH prefer to stay here than at the Mickey Suite. I'm not in love with "Mickey Decor" as an overall theme. (I know, sacrelige.)

~MS~ 01-14-2007 02:03 PM

The whole approach...actually being inside the park ....the 'royal' feel to the suite...I could deal with being "locked in" over night for all of that :D

keith - SuPeR K! 01-14-2007 04:17 PM

that's hot :)

Then you wouldn't like my bathroom. And no, not for THAT reason, but because it is all Mickey, all the time!

Disneyphile 01-17-2007 11:44 AM

Oh, hell, that gives me TOOOOOO many decorating ideas once we get a house. We're going to need an extra $100,000 just for improvements.

Now, I need to win the lotto.

Stan4dSteph 01-17-2007 12:06 PM

Why is the toilet rectangular?

So women won't fall in. ;)

Hmm....if you're little princess fell in, would that count as a royal flush ?

Ok, between Gamble House yesterday and now new photos of the Cinderella Castle Suite, I'm having extreme bouts of interior space envy.
