Iced Tea in a Can
Iced tea in a can, why do I drink you?
You taste vaguely like the can itself You taste nothing like iced tea. Sweet to the point of nausea With a horrid aftertaste of fake lemon, My stomach churns after every can. So why do I keep buying you and drinking you? Fvck you, iced teat in a can. |
:snap: groovy

Because it's there!
What about Snapple? |
You had me at "you taste vaguely like the can itself".
|
:snap: metal-y goodness.

Wow. Sums up my feelings for canned iced tea nicely, except that I don't drink it.
|
I can't help but wonder if "teat" in the last line is a typo or not.
|
Does he mean he fvcks the can after he drinks the tea?
|
Ditto what Flippyshark said.
Blech. But I dig you, man... I dig you. |

Great, now I'm going to keep myself from giggling every time I order an iced teat.
I swear today was my last one (which I say every time I have one, which is about once every 4 months or the length of time it takes me to forget that it really is that bad). |
But which kind of iced tea in a can was it? 'Cause there's one kind I actually like.
|
Nestea. Or, to steal my dad's line, NoEsTea.
|
Eeeeeewwww. I like the Arizona Southern Style Sweet Tea. Even in a can.

Love your poem - I can feel (taste?) your pain.
I like the "Crystal Lite - On The Go" Iced Lemon Green Tea. Just one little sachet in your water bottle and you have yummy sugarfree green iced tea. No caffeine, no sugar. ....and it reminds me of Japan. That calls for a Haiku. Your Iced Tea Tastes Bad, just like metal fake lemon - Crystal Lite tastes good. |
Metal Fake Lemon is my new favorite band name
