Finding Nemo - June 1 cast preview

ok, i can take one Guest.

any ideas how to do this nicely/fairly.

you must be able to be at the Resort by 6:00pm, June 1st.

an essay of 500 words or less? LOL

is kevy baby back in town?

it would suck if no one wanted to go.

i'll check back in a day or so and see what kind of response there is.

just keep on swimming....

MouseWife 05-27-2007 10:26 PM

You are so sweet....

Are you kidding? You are now going to be deluged with essays!

I like the way you type....

Like me.

{I like your keep on swimming...I saw on the Travel Channel the Nemo show at WDW...that was so cool!}

Sub la Goon 05-28-2007 08:47 AM

Does "PLEASE" times 500 count?

Moonliner 05-28-2007 08:53 AM

Easy. Take Darkbeer and his camera.

LSPoorEeyorick 05-28-2007 09:16 AM

I'm sure just about everyone will want to go! But I can't-- I'll be in Michigan for the wedding already. Whoever the lucky punk going as Plumenom's guest is, have fun!

Not Afraid 05-28-2007 10:42 AM

Just pick your favorite person on LoT! ;)

Actually, for the benefit of the rest of us, I'd pick someone who was a decent photographer and a good writer - so the rest of us can get a report.

wendybeth 05-28-2007 10:58 AM

That was my thought as well, NA. Does Zapp already get to go? He seems like the logical choice.

fer sure fer sure but no way I could make it
are you sure they'll actually allow cameras?

Disneyphile 05-28-2007 02:07 PM

*glances at her camera*

Would video be allowed?

Bornieo: Fully Loaded 05-28-2007 02:12 PM

Pfft! I"d never fit in one anyway....

Just got back from War. I can go, but I am sure you can find a better candidate (although I would be ecstatic to do!!!!).

innerSpaceman 05-28-2007 06:49 PM

Personally, I have no interest in going without at least as many of my friends as can be coordinated. I'm excited about the new attraction, but in no particular hurry to experience what will likely be one of perhaps 3 rides this entire summer.

Some of us had some very preliminary discussions about logistics for a LoT inaugural ... and I'm going to start a separate thread for that discussion.

.

Plumenom 05-28-2007 06:56 PM

i understand. you know i wish i could fill the sub with you all. i go through this limited Guest thing often and it sucks.

and was i surprised when my manager told me to hurry on over and take a ride after lunch today. i may go again tomorrow and for sure friday.

yeah, a good photographer and storywriter would be a good choice.

please 500 times is very clever...

NA, you are evil to suggest to pick my favorite!

the PM's have been sweet (and very naughty ;) ---

you guys decide!

innerSpaceman 05-28-2007 07:06 PM

And, without tooting my horn too much, I'm a great story writer who could paint a picture's worth of experience in less than a thousand words.

But I'm neither available on June 1 nor willing to go without a LoT of my buddies.

Not Afraid 05-28-2007 07:26 PM

I have a fairly flexible schedule but, I'm not sure I'm the right person.

CoasterMatt 05-28-2007 07:27 PM

Do you think somebody would be upset if I showed up wearing my Universal Studios Hollywood nametag? ;)

Sub la Goon 05-28-2007 10:53 PM

I do my silly little Trip Reports on MiceChat. Not that that means much.

If video is even a remote option, I would suggest Disneyphile.

Or you could pick someone who loves the Subs so much they named their User Name after the place where the Subs live...

Not Afraid 05-28-2007 11:03 PM

CVH, you crack me up. ;)

Gn2Dlnd 05-29-2007 02:03 AM

Ahoy! The Commodore here, darlings! While I'm much more comfortable dockside, sipping something with an umbrella in it and "interviewing" prospective cabin boys, the very thought of going down in something that long, that hard, and that full of seamen has me all atwitter. When I discovered there was an opening on an upcoming cruise, I just had relay my desire to help find N.E.M.O. I believe it stands for Nudge Every Man Overboard? Which, of course, I am all for. Any opportunity to practice administering "the kiss of life," you know.

I'm off to get my hat blocked, "sea" you later! Toot!

Ok, you win, hands down. :snap:

I will not ride this for the first time without my husband beside me :)

They're his actual initials. Lisa (that'd be Not Afraid) was breaking the fourth wall monitor.

When it comes to Disney stuff, it's every woman for herself in our household. ;)

And, thankfully, the husband totally understands. :D

AllyOops! 05-29-2007 02:54 PM

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the Thread, or if you'll find this to be useful information, but please know that I can suck a basketball through a garden hose.

Thank you.

;) :p

My husband totally understands as well, but there is no way in hell I'm going to do this without him, because the idea of coming home and not being able to talk to him about it sucks ass.

Doing this together, along with at least a few friends, is important to me. :)

Yes, I suffer from Multiple Personae Disorder.

PEZZ Lightyear is another of my incarnations.

And they all want to ride the subs!

I suspect the OP is now wondering if your brother is available...

Kevy Baby 05-29-2007 07:18 PM

Hmmm...

How long is the garden hose?

Plumenom 05-30-2007 06:20 AM

perhaps by the time we get another new attraction, i'll be in a position to rent out the Park just for LoT!

until then, i sadly had room for only one Guest - which is not very comfortable. but, i wanted to invite someone that loves Disney and would appreciate the opportunity.

i certainly didn't want to split up any couples or overshadow any super spledipulous one of a kind mariner sea partys.

just needed a friend to go with me.

so Ally, is your brother available?

i now have a companion that would love to go, and it will be up to them to offer any TR to you all.

i'm really grateful to not have to wait in line.

SacTown Chronic 05-30-2007 06:53 AM

I've heard that Plumenom can suck a basketball through a silly straw.

Dive! Dive!

MouseWife 06-01-2007 08:36 PM

Dah! Wrong thread!?

wolfy999 06-01-2007 10:14 PM

So who went and how was it??????
