That was awesome. Thanks for the link!

innerSpaceman 06-25-2007 08:05 PM

Heheh, I don't even watch Family Guy (and so I'm sure I missed some of the jokes), and that was Great.

Gemini Cricket 06-25-2007 08:12 PM

Love the bumper sticker.
:D

Awesome.

Capt Jack 06-25-2007 08:32 PM

great find. I love these

has this already been on?

adult swim recently aired the whole series of their Robot Chicken/Star Wars clips strung together.

it was awesome

Neat. And that reminds me... last week, the 3rd (of 4) Animaniacs DVD set was released along with the 3rd (and final) Pinky and the Brain set. The entire final episode of Pinky and the Brain is a great Star Wars satire featuring the entire Animaniacs cast.

It used to be available on YouTube, but it looks like it was taken down with the release of the DVDs.

so cool thanks for sharing

NickO'Time 07-01-2007 12:49 AM

OMG, that was soo funny! I loved the Leslie Nielsen-Airplane-tribute.

xharryb 07-02-2007 12:14 PM

That was awesome, but now I wanna know where/when I can see the whole thing?!

Babette 07-02-2007 04:02 PM

I can't wait for the full version. Family Guy doesn't have one orginal idea which is what makes it so awesome! This is the best parody.

Morrigoon 07-05-2007 10:35 PM

That was awesome.

xharryb 09-13-2007 04:07 AM

Remember this thread? Well, I've discovered that the full 1 hour episode will serve as the first show of the new season. 9pm Sunday September 23.

Cadaverous Pallor 09-13-2007 07:41 AM

Dude, a reference to the fake title Blue Harvest! These guys are geeeeeks. :D Should be fun.

Babette 09-23-2007 10:26 AM

TONIGHT!!!

BDBopper 09-23-2007 12:11 PM

Yay! I can't wait. This will be freakin' sweet! :)

Disneyphile 09-23-2007 10:30 PM

That totally was freakin' sweet! :snap:

NickO'Time 09-23-2007 11:55 PM

Loved every minute of it! Tivo'd and recorded the episode for a friend at work.

xharryb 09-24-2007 04:03 AM

Every moment was brilliant! The little convo at the end about Robot Chicken was the icing on a very yummy cake. That had me rolling off the couch. :D

Seriously, that was ridiculously brilliant. You just gotta wonder how they really do feel about each other's show.

It's got to be so hard to approach something that's been spoofed so many times with fresh eyes. They did an awesome job, I loved the whole thing.

libraryvixen 09-24-2007 07:33 AM

I absolutely loved it. Some of the best lines were delivered by R2-D2.

Cadaverous Pallor 09-24-2007 07:35 AM

Great job! Even between the hilarious lines, I was checking out all the detail in the background. They worked hard on this one!

Since Seth Green plays Chris on Family Guy and does just about everything on Robot Chicken I imagine the shows people get along pretty well.:)

Oh, I know, and that's why that conversation was so damned funny. But I gotta believe that there was a little bit of truth in that conversation. There's got to be some amount of jealousy between them, one way or the other, even if it's good natured.

libraryvixen 09-24-2007 02:22 PM

I love seeing the voices at the end of the Robot Chicken eps. Sometimes it's a complete surprise to see who lended their talents!

mousepod 09-24-2007 04:19 PM

The Family Guy ep was great! I missed the Robot Chicken SW Special - must watch it immediately...

Ghoulish Delight 09-24-2007 04:20 PM

I think I liked the Family Guy one better, if only because while the Robot Chicken one was damned hilarious, a lot of it was recycled bits from existing episodes, which was kind of a disappointment.
