Nah, not the devil, just a good ol dose of poor judgement with an alcohol appetizer. The picture is what gets me though. Is that what the prosecutors look like in Florida :confused: I'm trying to figure out if that's a shadow behind his head or if he is sporting a mullet.

Just the ones who run naked into strangers' cars.

Actually, I'm the one who moved it into the Daily Grind. GC apparantly thought it was related to the operations of this board as he started it in The Establishment. :p

I almost moved it to the Lounge...but somehow Daily Grind seemed funnier. And I'm all about funnier.

Just thinking out loud but, I wonder if "The devil made me do it" is a viable defense strategy in FL. I also wonder if this prosecutor, should he ever prosecute again, will accept it as an excuse from a defendant. What's good for the goose...
