Lunch. I can't think right now. These late lunches kill me.

I just ate random leftovers. Lunch was a bratwurst with saurkraut, lil' potato salad, caprese salad, and some brie.

I suspect that there was something that CJ was linking to that their server makes a substitution on (of their logo). CJ and I have never discussed the Kings (unless we did on Saturday night - a lot of that night is fuzzy in my memory.

For CJ (who is probably not seeing the same thing we are), a simple "LetsGoKings.com" logo is showing up.

None-the-less: I have a fondness for the Kings as the last company I worked for season tickets eight rows off the ice down on the end where Kings were shooting on goal in periods one and three.

MMMmmm, I love their breakfast quesadilla - just so long as they don't put too much stuff inside. I'm typically trying to eat it on the fly, and it just gets to be a little too much. I guess that's what I get for having a Del Taco that loads up their items.

As for the blue cheese with the honey.. I'm really going to have to try that sometime. That just sounds amazing. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone in my immediate future that would try it with me.

Yup that's it. The samples are with the truffle infused honey they have at Bristol Farms. I haven't tried it with just any ole honey so I'm not sure how much the affects the taste. They honey is pricy, I think $16 for a small jar but that will last you about 6-8 wedges of blue cheese. I'm on my second jar :D

They also have these really nice Australian crackers too.

I'm disappointed. I really don't want to eat, and my grandma's been frightening me with her cooking inventions as of late. She's normally a very good cook (hell, before retirement she was - I'm not sure of Disney's terminology - the sous chef in the New Orleans' Kitchen)... but lately. Agh! I hate to begrudge free food, but... ugh.

Okay, I'm in the mood for biscuits and honey. Had one today at Plaza Inn and now I have a taste for it.

I was with friends on Saturday night and food network was on in the background. They were showing a segment on Knotts Chicken Restaurant.

Right this moment I'm wanting FAIR food - Corn on the cob, beef brisket sandwich, deep fried oreo cookie, actually everything deep fried! That and a nice big juicy steak.

I fixed Boy grilled mesquite chicken, rice and peas. I was not hungry. The Girls got peas and rice. Hollywog is still pigging out...

After reading this I am so glad we are going to the fair Friday night. I wonder if I can finagle a BBQ steak for Saturday. Or get my roommate to pay up on his bet with the promised dinner at Flemmings.

You gotta try the Krispy Kreme Chicken Sandwich (with extra honey)...
