Dominoes are best when they are not dominoes, but rather, flaming jalopies. Or so Guinness would have you believe. (And I do. Believe. Believe me.)

It is a proven fact that Dominoes are best just so long as they're not pizza.

Capt Jack 11-09-2007 02:11 PM

I believe! I believe!!!

(that was fun! watched it 3 times already)

Alex 11-09-2007 02:14 PM

It is pretty cool. But the story says they reshot "sequences" many times but doesn't say whether it actually ever ran as presented from beginning to end. I hope it did at least once.

Kevy Baby 11-09-2007 02:27 PM

That was really cool.

alphabassettgrrl 11-09-2007 02:41 PM

I love it! Especially the falling pumpkin and the stack of falling cars. :) It reminds me of the Honda ad. I'll have to find the link. It had pieces of the car doing what they do and triggering the next piece in sequence.

JWBear 11-09-2007 03:03 PM

I can't watch videos at work. :(

Morrigoon 11-09-2007 03:16 PM

That was really cool. They should run that ad here.

yeah, that honda ad is awesome and truly fun to watch. story is with that one, they (after "a few" tries) got it to go all the way through for that take with no magical edits.

totally amazing

There are also stories that it was CGI.

Alex 11-09-2007 04:00 PM

It wasn't CGI but it did have one masked cut because they could not find a location big enough for the entire set up so had to do it in two pieces.

Chernabog 11-09-2007 05:58 PM

That was totally neat!!!! I do like the balls better though.
