Oh yuk yuk yuk!!! I do have a stack full of these!!! And you just gotta buy them 'cuz they are your kids!!!

Oh man, Olan Mills phone sales was my first job. It was horrible. I must have had Lawrence Welk Village or something because I would get these old people 'Oh, honey, I'm so old....no one wants a picture of me'....I had to quit. It broke my heart. I mean, how do you argue with that without becoming their psychiatrist? Or stopping by on Sundays with some cookies and tea? I mean, tooo sad.

Yet another example of the hideousness that was The Seventies. I had to laugh at the 'yellow' photo- it's true!


(Tori has been getting into Queen videos on YOuTube- she loves their music, but the outfits she finds very disturbing. She said to me "Let me guess- the Seventies, right?)

Alex, she is one of the Desperate Housewives, I believe her name is Marcia Cross.

Yes, quite similar! Some slight differences but I think mostly because MC is trying to look a bit vampy {smuggish?} while the woman in your pic just looks happy as can be!!! :D

I'm sure as hell not post any pictures of me from the 70's! :eek:

I have one from the late sixties:

We had that leisure suit for our Swing Choir outfits! 100% polyester - in slate grey.

We sooked like a gang of teenaged bus drivers.

I have one picture of me from 1990. That's the only picture of me I own.

It isn't horrible, just a dweeby 1990 15-year-old.

I have lots of charming photos of me and my brother in outfits my mother made - where his shirt matches my dress.
