DCA History Question - HALP!
 

What summer was that when The Beach Boys, Kool and the Gang, The Bangles, etc played in DCA?

In the meanwhile, I'll keep trying to look it up, but... GAH!

Yep, 2002.

Yep, I pretty much had a flashback, and realized that I didn't know all of you guys, or else I would have done some of it with you guys.

There's a great pic of me, brad, lisa and isaac using cell phones as lighters at the Bangles concert somewhere on the interwebs.

Dang... I thought this was a thread announcing that DCA WAS history.

I did some research and this picture is dated 8/2/2002.
I think this was my first time to the park after posting on MousePad.
It was my first time meeting everyone in person.

well, ALMOST everyone ;)

I need to start busting my butt at the gym.

It was the flood that was going to get zapppop's white pants wet enough for me to get some good crotch-watching action in ... which I mentioned to him, and he took it as flirting (when I was just really kidding around, i think).

That's what made him feel comfortable enough to invite me, a few days(?) later to have sex with him atop the Eiffel Tower in Paris. I didn't even suspect he was gay, and I wasn't even sure I was attracted to him ... though i instantly took a fine liking to him.

Hmmmm, i decided i was attracted to him after all, and the rest is history.



Alas, now that history is pretty much history. But what a fun and glorious ride!
