I also just saw these, which I covet... I think I prefer the fuschia and the bright red.

I can't decide if I want the green or the yellow in These. I of course would need the matching handbag but I can't find a photo of it.

I love These But there's no way they're comfy. Same with these.

It's the time of year when I look for cute shoes and get frustrated because all Wide shoes are fugly. Again, I should become a shoe designer.

hmm....I have an extensive spring wishlist that does not however include clothing of anykind.

Why does it have a pull-tab at the bottom? I must say I'm intrigued.

I just purchased two new pairs of slacks (due from the tailor on Friday), a new belt, two new shorts and two new pairs of shoes (one casual and one hiking). When I pick up my slacks on Friday, I am going to pick up some socks. That should keep me set for a while.

Perhaps now I can find the linen sport coat I've been searching for. I could use some new jeans as well.

I had another Zappo's spree and have a box of shoes to try on already. But these appeared on the website while I was off being smart and I must now get them:

Look what I bought today (in Ferrari RED)

At the United Trminal at LAX the plastic buckets TSD folks make you put your shoes and personal items in now have paper liners advertising Zappos - I call that brilliant marketing on their part

OMG, foiled twice today by Zappos. No color/size combo of my needs in the two pairs that winked at me.

This is the first time the internet has let me down with shoes. I am crestfallen. It's been decades since brick & mortar ever carried shoes my size, and now even the internet has forsaken me.

The next thing I'm going to look for is a pair of dark wash, wide leg jeans.

Sniff, sniff. I ordered both, but a week later I got word that they didn't actually have the shoes in my size!

I bought myself one recently prior to going to New York. Mulled over the pure cashmere ones in SF. If a nanosecond of yearning can be called mulling. Ultimately got a Calvin Klein wool/cashmere/petrochemical blend at the Saks outlet in Petaluma. 150 down from 500, less another 40 for opening a Saks charge. I felt pretty east coat wearing it. Sadly, it wasn't cold enough for a furry hat with ear flaps.

I like wenches in corsets.

I found a new (and incredibly cheap) plus-sized clothing source. It came highly recommended from a blogger I like. And I am in fashion LUST.











If I wanted, I could actually get all of these for under a C-note, minus shipping.

They are massively adorable, though.

Oh, I know. And I'd pay more for them if I could find them anywhere. I suspect they're not particularly made to last, actually... they're on crazy wholesale from the company that makes them, and deals directly through e-bay. Shipping's pricey, though.

I'm a little iffy on all those gathers on the back waist of the green coat. Otherwise, very Miu Miu and pretty. Those chiffon dresses are just made for cute flats.

Are you getting them?

I think all that is holding me back is the concern about price being too low. That's an unusual thing to complain about, isn't it?

If it's to good to be true, it probably is.

That said, they could be jacking up the shipping with lower costs in the auction to circumvent eBay's pricing rules (which is against eBay policies).

How is the feedback?

Very pretty! I'd have a hard time resisting.

It might be time for a Fall Wishlist thread. I've been getting catalogs featuring luscious fall clothing. Too bad I won't be wearing sweaters for another 4 months.

Feedback is great, and after bidding and shipping, the price is entirely reasonable for the pieces (not too low, not too high.) So I got four of them - the two darker jackets and the two dresses. Now I'm just waiting for them to arrive, sigh.

Are you going to share your source or just tease me with those photos? I love them. :snap:
