A few fireworks photos
 

CoasterMatt's postings have prompted me to finally sort through the 300+ fireworks shots I took a few weeks ago. I managed to get it down to 20 or so good ones. The color is a bit weird because I failed to notice that I had the white balance set for different lighting. But I kinda liked the end result so I haven't bothered color correcting them.

Anyway, here they are

Actually, I'm in love with 1684. I've stolen it ... but I don't know if I bothered to get the full-size image. I'll have to re-steal later when I've got more time to pay attention.

Hahaha, I must have 50 photos of these fireworks from various people. Appropriate number if it turns out to not be merely approximate. ;)

Is it me, or does the white firework in the center look like tinkerbell (with a lobster claw)?

I like the contrast with the previous shot. Same exposure settings, the first just before the massive blinding explosion, the second just after.
