well, I like my food, but I like the idea of being healthier. So... I eat my food, but excercise too, and then I can have my cake and eat it too (or as the lesbian said, I can have my kate and edith too !).

Plus I'll never get iSm into bed unless I'm svelte ! ;)

Congrats on this {possible} purchase!!! I have a recumbent bike, not quite so fancy, though. It saved me when I broke my toe and couldn't do anything but ride it.

Wow, an hour first day? :snap: You may not be sore because I think you guys are very physical already, so, this is just a calorie burning exercise. A way to burn off excess and that is great!
