Webcams
Can anyone here recommend a cheap webcam I could buy?
|
Creative usually puts out a good product.
Honestly, it's hard to get a bad webcam. The quality of video that is transmitted by webcam applications over the internet is far outpaced by the quality of video that can be captured by even the cheapest optics and sensors these days. |
Logitec is also good.
But what GD says too. |
I got Maddy one - I'll have to check the brand when I get home, but it was like $15 at Target. It works just fine.
|
Hmmm, but why do you want one? ;)

What "on the side?"
Unless he gets something else pronto, his internet whoring is going to be his sole source of income. ;) |
... Or could it be online dating? Has young Cricket found a beau?
|
Yes, yes, online "dating," that's it.
|
Is that what the kids are calling it these days? ;)
|
Get one with a fisheye lens if you want your junk to look larger.
So I've heard. |
But then it gives that distorted pinhead look to the rest of your body.
So I've heard. ;) |
Bwahahahaha, this thread is making me laugh.
Hope it is for you, too, GC, even though I know you posted a serious question. |
Was thinking of maybe videoblogging. Who knows. The idea may wear off in a couple of hours. And there are a couple of friends I have that have webcams.
|
Well, consider using for online dating. And if the man who claims the title His Girthiness says a fisheye lens will do wonders ... take heed to his advice!

Maddy's is a GE Easy Cam - it was cheap and it works fine.

The real reason GC needs a webcam:

I tried webcam'ing once - I kept getting requests for me to black out my face...
Hmmmm... |
I really like my Hue webcam I bought. It's cute! I got the red one.
