Inauguration Party?
 

Ok... the next logical step... LoT Inauguration Party? The ceremony will be at 9:00 PST. Do we want to gather that morning to watch it?

We were talking about this last night at the Impromptu Election Party.


It would be difficult enough if the Party was on a school night. I don't know how in the world we could manage it if it's on weekday morning.

But if we can swing it - yes, please. Inauguration brunch!!!

We'll be out of town that weekend (MLK) and will probably watch the inauguration while there...

Wait, the inauguration is on the Tuesday following a 3-day holiday weekend?

Oh yeah, my employers would love it if I took half of Tuesday off.


I'm not saying I can't. Just saying it presents certain obvious difficulties for many a working stiff.

BTW: that is 9:00 a.m.

Thanks for the invite, but I will be attending one of the formal balls here in DC that evening.

I might actually head down to DC for the event. Still contemplating.
