I just went back to Engrish yesterday for the first time in a while. That one made me laugh out loud.

I don't think my Christmas is throbbing enough - perhaps that sign can help?

It'll be much better than the horribly throbbing Christmas I had last year.

I can't even figure out what they are TRYING to say instead of throbbing.

thrilling? Though no one has a thrilling Christmas (unless they have to save it).

I would guess it was a mistranslation of something like "glowing" or "shining" or something like that.

I thought of Throbbing Gristle mutating Bing Crosby's White Christmas before I even clicked on the thread...
