Happy New Year to all our wonderful family on the LoT from the LashPair !!!

We drank Champagne & Absinthe, and watched the Sydney Harbour Bridge blow up in a spectacular burst of brighter-than-daylight pyro !!

Here's a toast to 2009, that besides bringing we two to the USA, it also brings Good Fortune, Happiness & Cause For Celebration to you all !!

See you at Chris & Lisa's in about 15 hours !! :D

Happy New Year GMT! I just carried on a tradition since the year I got a shortwave radio for Christmas (1997). The shortwave may be broken and gone but I have carried on thanks to the Internet. I never fail to listen to Big Ben chime in the new year from London on the BBC He was in good tone this year!

They had many fireworks being shot horizontally from the bridge this year - which made sure they exploded in front of the bridge.

Happy New Year from the couch. Just woke up an hour ago. Watching Rose Bowl. Had a blast at Disneyland as usual with a couple magic moments of my own thanks to a couple cast members making 2009 special. Who needs a free birthday ticket or dream fastpasses? lol not me :)

So, what the heck happened to Dick Clark? He looks all right, but he moves and talks as if he's suffered a stroke or something. It was sad to see him out of sorts, but even sadder to see him having to pretend to care about the Jonas Brothers.

He did have a stroke back in 2004.
