You Should Have Seen This
O.M.G.
http://www.youshouldhaveseenthis.com/ I am already spending inordinate amounts of time there, checking out things I did miss, and awesome things I haven't seen in a while. Fun! |
OMG, Drunk Jeff Goldboom. Hahahahah!!!
|
Awesome... :snap:
Will have to peruse once I'm home. This. Is. Awesome. |
LOL, great link!
Awww, they include the cuppy cake song! |
26.
|
|
I've only seen about half of those. I must be an internet loser.
I'll try to catch up when I'm not at work. |
I love the Amy's Song Wedding video. Awwww. See? It pays to have gay friends.
:D |
I've hardly seen any of these. But I'm no loser! I, at least, have the excuse of being old.
|
I'm ashamed at the percentage that I knew.
Including the ones that I didn't know by name, but upon clicking immediately recognized: 83. |
Post Secret is pretty interesting. People send in their secrets on postcards.

George Lucas - funny
Yatta - WTF? Had you heard of the whistler? "bubb rub" Shining - amusing. Look at that horse - ha ha Pinky the cat - Classic! |
I don't know a majority of these, at least by name, but after going through the first few, if they are indicative then it seems to me that many are less than essential.
|
I still love The Landlord.
"I need to get my drink on." |
The Cuppycake Song falls squarely into the "so cute it's repulsive" category for me - not because of the kid, who is genuinely adorable, but simply for the word "cuppycake." I have a wide curmudgeon streak when it comes to cutesy-fying the language. Two year olds will butcher the language on their own. Let's not encourage them! (Guess it's a good thing I'm not a parent, as I suspect I'd be awfully pedantic.) (Hope my rant wasn't a buzzkill. I think kids are great, honestly.)

I just watched "the best wedding toast ever (Amy's song)" for the first time - that was incredible. I guess that's what happens when everyone you know is in musical theater. :) |
So on everyone's recommendation I watched the Amy toast. Wow. Literally in tears. How awesome was that? (And how lucky for her that Frank Loesser conveniently wrote a song called "Always in love with Amy" for them to poach!)
|
So I went and watched Amy toast too. That was really great and made me a bit teary eyed.
|
I don't know why but that's how I imagine Gn2Dlnd's wedding reception to be like.
:) |
All this talk of Amy's toast made me go watch it. It even melted my heart of stone. Very cool!
I also hadn't seen the cuppy cake before this. That kid is awesome. What a character. I hope he goes on to do great things. |
ok, I'm so bored at work today, I've even resorted to watching these shamelessly.
Started with Amy. Ok, omg. |
Sam the Cuppy Cake Kid
It's a cute video. He's a comedian. That's awesome. :) I watched a clip about his condition and it's quite sad. Click here But what made me even feel worse was how the Doctors on the clip are like talking about him and how sick he is and how he could die with the kid sitting right there. Jesus! The mom's irritated with doctors and I can definitely see why after watching this clip. Btw, ignore the comments on both of these videos. People are so f*cking heartless sometimes. Sheesh. Why these two people who posted the videos don't disable the comments is beyond me. Also, why the person who posted the original Sam video doesn't explain his condition in the description area is beyond me too. I wrote that person a message about it. (Well, of course I wrote that person a message about it. :D ) |
I make it a policy not to read comments sections on just about anything out there in networld. It's always a display of ignorance and d!ckishness sure to darken anyone's view of humanity.
I hadn't explored the boy's story before, and it is very sad indeed. I hope things turn out well for these folks. |

Makes me laugh every single time. I love Pearl. First time I watched it I laughed until I cried. |
Not much of a YouTube watcher but the first four aren't anything that made me happier for seeing them. Felt downright awful about the grape lady.
But I'll probably end up watching most of the rest since my life is overbrimming with excitement. |
I think I first saw it back in elementary school but Asian Backstreet Boys still makes me smile every time I see it.
And that is 100% because of the guy in the background ignoring them. That just so completely takes me back to living in a dorm and being so continuously surrounded by odd (and generally stupid) stuff that you start to ignore it. The fact that we played 20-foot darts for a year using the room window as the backstop and this wasn't even remotely on the list of noteworthy odd things (20 feet had us throwing darts from the room across the hall and we only ever broke one window and actually got to be decent cricket players from that distance). The time we made a line of beer cans every 12 inches down the entire length of the main hallway (about 200 feet) and made it a dorm rule for the whole weekend that if walking in the hallway required slaloming them. And we actually had 99% participation for a week and never had a can go missing. Fun times of stupidity. And I never even got drunk or did drugs. Those people claimed to be having even more stupid fun. |
I think I've actually seen 4 on the list. And, if I hadn't seen 2 of those 4, I wouldn't be missing anything. Maybe if I get bored enough I'll watch them. I watched some TV last week at an overnight. Jon and Kate plus 8 - why is this on?

Leeeeeroy Jenkins!
:D (Okay, that was my first time seeing that. It made me laugh.) |
