Have you guys discovered Xtranormal yet? It's easy online "text-to-movie" software, where you type in dialogue and it's automatically turned into a CGI movie!

(A low-fi silly CGI movie, but still, it's fun!)

I'd love to see what you guys come up with. Here's my first try: Peachy.

Just curious, how long did that take you?

Thanks! The writing was maybe 10 minutes. The edits and the actions and expressions and stuff took longer. In between delivering some stuff tonight it probably took about 40 minutes.

I created a masterpiece. Tried to setup an account so I could save/share it. The site timed out. I tired again, "Moonliner" already exists. Fine, try to login then. "Sorry, too many tries" WTF? I guess my movie is lost to the ravages of time.

This is a fun idea. I'd love to see a version that allows uploading recorded dialog (though at that point, you have to find talent, and I guess that goes against the whole written word to movie ethos) - it would be fun to add musical cues as well.
