Hey-

I saw one- only one in the Disneyana store the other weekend- those signs, the ones for the lands-the 3-D art ones-

Does anyone know what I am referring to? They were in shadow box type displays-

If anyone knows the name of the artist-will you clue me in?

I want to see if I can still acquire some of those pieces-

Last time I was at the Character Warehouse they had a couple of them for half off....look for bargains, they didn't sell very well.

Speaking of DL discounts - we just noticed a new Disney discount warehouse visible from the freeway (405?). Anyone hear about this or visit it yet? Not that I can even think of what to spend my birthday money on at the real park...

Could you check for me? I will happily send out $$ to pick some up.

or anyone who is going to the Warehouse? They only visit out here-so any help would be great!

I don't frequent the Warehouse any longer, but I'll check at Company D.

CP - I believe there is currently a Character Warehouse location in Culver City. It's one of their temporary stores. I've found that usually there are better deals at the permanent stores in Fullerton and I think the other one is in Corona. The last few temporary ones I've been to didn't have much of interestet (at least to me).

No, it's not Cluver City. It was off the 5, not the 405, somewhere around La Mirada/Norwalk area, where that Halloween store is and all the industrial metal/machine shops.

Slowly it all comes back to me......

Once I get some time (like after school is out the end of this month), I can check the one in Fullerton.

Whenever works for me-I don't want them all or anything.

Honestly I would like the Haunted Mansion one- and I am watching the POTC one on Ebay already.

Those are likely the only 2 I want at this point-

Ok- I fibbed. I am not enchanted by the HM one- but I will pursue the POTC one I found and consider any others people find for me-

Yep, I stopped at the one off the 5, nothing worth going out of your way. LOTS of t-shirts, mostly from Florida, and almost nothing interesting. Some popcorn buckets and tchotchki crap. Meh. Big-ass sign out front, though.
