Peets has arrived at the Disneyland resort!

I didn't see this mentioned anywhere here, and I know that there are a few fans of Peet's coffee here, so I thought I should share this.

We were at the resort on Friday night and thinking that an espresso sounded good. Lines were too long inside the park, so we headed over to La Brea Bakery, which wasn't any better. So we gave up and decided to just walk around Downtown Disney. While Matthew went to one of the restrooms, I just happened to look inside the Haagen Dazs store, and lo and behold, they now sell Peet's! Even better, the prices were about half of what they were at La Brea or inside Disneyland. In fact, they are the same as they would be at any other Peets.

I was giddy as a schoolgirl. Peet's coffee at the resort? Same price as it normally is elsewhere? No line at all? Let's just say that it was a very pleasant surprise and I had to share. :)

Also, as part of the AP appreciation promotion, you can get a free small coffee at Haagen Dazs through Jan. 3, no purchase necessary. Not much better than free Peet's!

I could have SWORN that somebody had already posted about this, but alas, no. Maybe the flu is frying my brain.

Regardless, good information!

Was that Louis saying that Peets or Starbucks (or something like that) was going in at DLP, perhaps?
