New Pyro Testing at DL
 

There was a test of some of the pyro effects for the upcoming 50th fireworks show at DL last night. Did anyone catch it?

There's now also a video clip posted in the same thread linked above. Looks very cool. I envy all of you who will get to see this in a few weeks.

Too cool! It looks like the Matterhorn is kicking the Castle's butt, though. (The Castle shells seemed to fall short). Thanks, Steph!:snap:

I cauvght them i was leaving a movie at the AMC in DTD. Some uber neato stuff! Can't wait!

While I appreciate that these photos (and the movie) were posted, it really didn't do anything for me. I'm not saying the fireworks aren't (or are) going to be good, it just doesn't give me an idea of the experience.

It's sort of like sex: it can be described to you with the best possible descriptives, but you need to experience yourself to really understand it.

I will just have to wait for the real thing.

And yet you seem to enjoy those little specialty sites on the internet where obsessive fans of sex post images. ;)

Thought you cats might want to know that there's an audio recording of the "Remember..." soundtrack up at my site. I figured that it's best that you find out here, then second hand from one of those "other" sites. :cool:

I am kinda pissed at all the "Wishes" music. I mean, not once in any of the music is the line "Remember...Dreams Come True" even uttered. People will think it's called "Wishes". For goodness sake, how long and how much could it have possiblely cost to score an original opening and closing. The show ill run 18 months. They did an original score for "Imagine" (which I liked thank you very much) and that only ran for a bloody 6 months! Jeebus!

i hear ya. i am also disappointed that Wishes is part of this "unique new 50th celebration fireworks" show.

other than the "wishes" theme, i sure love the "E Ticket In The Sky" portion!:D
