Don't forget the one-hour special "The Ultimate Guide" before the premiere.

Awesome.... I've heard good things about Mr. Smith.

I really, really enjoyed Matt Smith as the Doctor. He's got a kinda weird brow ridge and he's no David Tennent (well really, who is?) but I was very pleasantly surprised. I also really liked Amy Pond.

I'm looking forward to next week's episode. :D

When I first saw Smith was an even younger version of the Doctor I was initially worried that they would try to make him even more hip. But after the premiere my fears are gone. I loved that he put on a very nerdy, almost professorial bow tie and suspenders. I was apprehensive of Tennent at first too but it didn't take long before I liked him. I think I'm going to like this new Doctor too.

And Pond...yummy! Eye candy with a personality. I'm really going to love her.

Missed my chance to see it yesterday. Might have to wait for the DVDs, but eh, I don't mind.

It'll repeat approximately 10,000 times on BBCAmerica between now and the next new episode (next Saturday). It's also on BBCAmerica on demand.

Here are the upcoming times for last Saturday's episode, "The Eleventh Hour":

4/20: 8:00pm and 11:00pm

4/21: 1:00am

4/24: 7:00pm

4/24 11:00pm

4/25 2:00am

etc., etc., etc.

The new episode, "The Beast Below" premiers on 4/24 at 9:00pm.

I am a total Doctor Who geek.
