Help!! My computer SUCKS.
Okay, so, my desktop, it won't let me run a complete virus scan, and, it always says it is running too many programs AND it shuts down on me when I want to play my games on FaceBook {some say it is saving me...I don't want to be saved!!}.
To help out, my sons friend gave me a refurbished laptop. It was great! I could plow, plant, to my hearts content! Last night I shut her down. This morning, no workie. :0( The cord {the battery is dead} has a green light that lights up but it isn't giving juice to the computer. So, my question: What am I supposed to do? The desktop: Can I transfer my iTunes account to an external hard drive? I wouldn't mind cleaning my computer so much if I could save that. I don't have all of my cd's any more {I didn't sell them, they just disappear} and it took forever to upload them all. The laptop: WTH? Did I break this one too? :0( Okay, I'll try and come back on. This computer shuts off so much, I am worried it won't come back on. Can't afford a new one. Don't even tempt me. ;0) {that's me telling myself, BTW} Thanks to anyone who responds!! |
Get a Mac.
*runs and hides* |
LOL
First step: Get a job. ;0) Or rather, a good one. So. It died on me yesterday, I thought it was fried. Came back on. I did talk with a tech {who said he couldn't help me in the end so they will refund my money...darn, I guess I need to call and make sure...}. He told me I could put my iTunes on an external~done! He said my fan may be busted and that my computer may have over heated. He said it may have damaged something to the point where I should probably get a new computer. Back to step one. Get a better job. Sigh. And, the laptop my sons' friend got for me died too!!! Need to find out what is up with that. I wanted it for when I travel. Took it to Yosemite. Yeah, the free wi-fi in Curry Village....20 people max. Eventually I got on. A Mac, eh? |
