We have a drive-through dairy store near here. It sells dairy, eggs, baked goods, and snack items. You drive up, tell them what you want, and drive off with your stuff.

Here's a more complete grocery concept.

I remember small drive thrus in L.A., where my sister lived. We'd pull through for milk/bread. Can't remember what else. Here in San Diego, I personally only knew of one. Long gone, I'm sure.

Would be nice on days I am sick and need some basic items....
