Greetings From A Long Lost Friend

Hey there! Hi there! Ho there!

Long time no see!

For those who have been following along on Facebook or Twitter y'all know that i have been one busy bee and my suitcase has gotten a workout. Since last we met I've been to South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Iowa (as well as been all over my home state). I was in Savannah, GA for St. Patrick's Day, been filmed in a political TV AD, done a ton of speaking (including getting the honor of introducing my hero to an audience), and met Chuck Norris in person!

Right now I have a little time to breathe and didn't want to forget my swanky friends. I miss y'all and hope everyone is well. I think of y'all often. I just wanted to let y'all know I have not forgot you. I recognize that we are completely on opposite sides of the political spectrum but y'all are still some of the most awesome folks I know!

As dreams continue to come true for me I raise a toast to my swanky peeps!

Hey, I'm really jealous you got to meet Chuck Norris. I spent a lot of my teen years enjoying every frame of his movies, good bad and otherwise. Kudos to you for living out your dreams and standing up for what you believe. (And feel free to cross the aisle anytime. ;) )

Good to hear you're doing well and running amok.

Chuck Norris! Isn't he the guy that counted to infinity - twice?

Here are some pictures:

First photo is me at the plate at The Field of Dreams. A fellow tourist walked up and asked if I wanted to take a few pitches. I said, "Why not?" On the third pitch I GOT A HIT!! Not bad for a blind guy!

A group shot with Chuck and Gina Norris (Chuck's wife). I am standing right by him on the front row of the shot

A supporter and good friend in Iowa is a very talented Artist. He surprised me by hand painting a banner:

Speaking at Lee University in Tennessee introducing a Congressional candidate and Governor Huckabee in early May
