Amazon Kindle eBooks targeted by scammers
As I believe there are a few Kindle owners on here, I wanted to share this story

Thanks for the info. We've got two kindles at our house.

Interesting.... though personally, I wouldn't spend a dollar on any book -- eBook or printed -- unless I read the amazon reviews first. Now of course, the person who posted the book could write wonderful five star reviews, but unless they hack into Amazon directly they can't erase the one-starred "THIS IS A SCAM" reviews. Plus, it is good practice generally not to stick your pointer into unknown places on skeevy documents.
I've downloaded many self-published titles from authors I've ONLY heard of via amazon's user base, and have been extremely satisfied :) |
I should have a couple of short stories up on Amazon this summer, and I promise they will have no links to anything, skeevy or otherwise.
