Miniature Main Street Electrical Parade
Utilizing the Olszewski minis, Alex George animated the Main Street Electrical Parade in his living room. Be sure to watch the making of video as well.

Is the music there? Because I don't want to have to throw my computer away.

The videos have the music, but the site I linked to doesn't automatically play them.

What bugs me about the music is that the intro theme is not the much-loved original Baroque Hoedown interpretation that everyone associates with the MSEP, but rather the musac-inspired revision crafted for some far-flung Disney park (Tokyo?) and imported to DCA last year, making me never want to see the parade again.

(The float-specific music which follows the main theme statement in the video appears to be from the original score, however.)

That was pretty cool. Passed along to a friend who drove floats in the MSEP, he'll enjoy it, too.

A) I want to be his friend.
