Type 1 for a Day
 

JDRF has a campaign to give people a taste of what it's like to be Type 1 for a day. link.

I think it's kind of a cool idea. I know lots of families have trouble getting other family members and friends to understand what the daily grind is like. Maddie's been really lucky to have supportive friends and family. Lots of other kids don't seem to be as lucky.
