Suit Shopping

Can anyone recommend someplace to get a moderately priced women's suit in a larger size? Most of my suit collection is size 8 or 10 which won't fit right now.

Sorry, I can't help with that. Hopefully Kevy will be along soon.

It depends on whether or not there are sales, but I've had some positive experiences surfing around Macy's racks. Dress Barn (do they have those in Cali?) also has some really nice suits in the moderately priced range.

I like Ross dress for less. They usually have quite a variety and are reasonably priced, with many brand names.

Thanks guys!

I'm going through the same thing. In my past job, I could get away with more casual attire (no ties). Unfortunately, I only have five dress shirts, and even then, the necks are VERY tight (I put on some weight since I last needed dress shirts on a daily basis). And since I was out of work for 14 months, cash is a little tight. I bought one new shirt and tie last night since I got my first check last Friday.

I've fallen for our local Marshalls, though I'd bet mileage varies by location.

Kohls is also good for Women's work wear.

Kohls - thank you. I never go there because the store is always a total disaster but good place to look.

Right now I just need something to interview in. Obviously don't know what future job dress code might be, I'll deal with that later.

Oh if I were 20. I'm pretty sure no one wants to see that now. I do want to get a job
