I know I've said my share about how I feel about politics today, but I must say that I just watched Mr. George Galloway's testimony (on BBC) and was completely impressed. He blew away Sen. Norm Coleman with both barrels!

If you get a chance, you simply must watch the video testimony on BBCNews.com. What he says in the first 15 minutes or so sums up my feelings on the war and this administration perfectly.

If the Democrats could speak and fight like this British MP, they'd still be a party worth paying attention to.

Oh yeah. I saw Galloway's testimony on The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer (PBS!) earlier this evening. He kicked Senator Coleman's ass.

He lost me when he started using "Zionist" as an insult.

I heard what he said, but anyone who spouts that kind of racial slur, and it IS a racial slur, gets no respect from me. And I'm not even a Zionist.

I watched the entire testimony before committee. Was this part of testimony, and I just missed it? Or was this from some other exchange?

I believe he said it before the testimony. The official testimony transcript doesn't have that part in it. I'm not sure why.
