Sub-Scriptions

I was thinking of my beloved Disney magazine and how much I'll miss it. It was a nice little surprise for Georgie waiting in the mailbox after a hard day's work.

I still have a few other subscriptions ...

1. National Geographic
2. Reader's Digest
3. Back to Godhead
4. Entertainment Weekly

I just recently let my Smithsonian 'scription run out. And Disney magazine died. In the past I subscribed to Spy, Rolling Stone, a Chaplin newsletter and (if you can somehow believe it) the National Review. I would love to 'scribe to Mojo but it costs too much.

What's the point of my thread? I don't know. Should I? Hmm ...

Well, you all know what I 'scribe to, but I don't reckon I know what you 'scribe to.

Pray tell.

(Althought this was not the point of the thread...)

I think everyone should subscribe (with a small donation) to LoT. I just realized I've been freeloading. Gotta fix that.

Tref~ Send your 12 kids over to my house if they are in need of reading material. I subscribe to way too many magazines, even with Disney now being out of the mix.

1. People
2. Us Weekly
3. Sports Illustrated
4. Field & Stream
5. Sunset
6. More
7. Fitness
8. SnowBoarding
9. Ski - free
10. Skiing - free
11. Premiere - free
12. Via (comes with AAA membership)
13. Nutrition Action Healthletter (excellent, I highly recommend it)
14. Glamour
And yes, I do subscribe to the LoT too.

Nada. I used to subscribe to the Dell Math Problems and Logic Puzzles magazine. But I've let that lapse and instead subscribe to an online logic problem site. We also had a Discover Magazine subscription for several years, which we've let lapse. I had an unsolicited subscription to a golf magazine that I've finally successfully gotten the bastards to stop sending (I think).

I used to subscribe to the Smithsonian and National Geographic, but I let them lapse. I don't really have any subscriptions now, unless you count the local newspaper, and I'm not renewing that one either.

National Geographic.
Girlfriends.
Herb Companion.
The one AAA sends. Westways? :: shrug::
And there's a dive magazine we get.
My grandpa gives us a gift subscription to Readers Digest.

Entertainment Weekly= The Paper. It's the must-read.

I also get Oprah and InStyle. And Better Homes and Gardens, which I do not want. Oh, and Cooking Light, but I never cook anything!

Baileykat 06-09-2005 12:47 PM

We presently only get on paid subscription Texas Monthly (sticking to my roots!) and American Cheerleader.

Used to get Glamour, Redbook and Good Housekeeping.

Bailey gets Ranger Rick.

Kat gets afore mentioned American Cheerleader.

Need to send in my subscription cards for Oprah and American Cheerleader Jr.
