My first attempt here...it's gross
 

Constipation

My stomach hurts, my butt now pinches
A loaf that measures several inches
the constipation was obscene
ate so much fiber I turned green
What was the cause of all my aching?
As I think back, there's no mistaking
Not to complain, but I'm not itchin'
to eat again soon in my mother-in-laws kitchen
