Oh My God, I Am So Happy!

After years of haiatus as Bezerk no longer wanted to support it, Acrophobia, the greatest online game ever made, is back!

Unfortunately it's hosted by Uproar, which I fear is a spam-genearting machine. I made sure to give a throw-away internet email address and fake street address/phone number.

But it's worth it to play Acro again! Now, to resist playing at work...

You're given a string of letters and a topic. Within a given amount of time, you come up with something the letters stand for. Everyone in the room votes for their favorite, if you get the most votes you get points. Addictingly fun!

Sounds awesome! I'm off to play.

The trick right now is finding a good room. Word hasn't spread too far, so there aren't a whole lot of people playing. And of the few rooms that are populated, there seem to be a large proportion of idiots who think "*****" and "penis" are the funniest words ever created. And they refuse to move to the "adult language" rooms (don't bother suggesting it...). But if you poke around enough, you'll find a decent room here and there.

Heh, yeah, bailed on that room. I'll stick to the "50-plus" room in the hopes that that refers to a minimum IQ requirement, because clearly the others don't have that.
