Truth is dtranger than fiction

I love that story...

I'd heard the first part of that story about him figuring out the pattern, but never the rest. It amazes me how many people don't invest their winnings but continue to, pardon the pun, press their luck.

I'm with Prudence, I'd heard the first part but not the follow-up.

Actually what I found most interesting was going up one page to the conspiracy list. There you find things like: NSA, Alien Autopsy, Majestic-12, Illuminati and Press Your Luck. Looking over that list a song comes to mind, please feel free to sing along...

I mentioned this to a coworker of mine.

"You know that game show 'Press Your Luck'?"

He shook his head.

"The one with the Whammies?"

Nope.

Then I realized that my coworker is 18 years old. He wasn't even born yet when Press Your Luck stopped filming. :eek: Although he may have seen the bomb of a remake...

BTW, I just found out that Game Show Network made a special about this incident!

I used to love watching that show. No Whammies!

That and Tic-Tac-Dough. Oh yeah.

But I still want to know what the hell a Flokati Rug is....
