What the-? How does one get permission to place such a statue in a public place? And why? And how come the concept is kinda interesting? Weird!

Why is it that when I see this statue / fountain, I keep hearing Chumbawumba's one hit in my head?

The "oddly shaped enclosure" appears to resemble the shape of Czecoslovakia - to be sure it no longer exists, but still...Eastern Europe being such a battle firld over the centuries, this seems an ideal context to erect a pissing war.

In the winter, I guess you can read the words as they piss them into the snow, yes? I used to get the biggest chuckle out of doing that, you know, when I was six or so. Who knew I was doing art!
