Once Upon a Time There Was a Man Named Cleveland Heep

"In Lady in the Water, a story originally conceived by M. Night Shyamalan for his children, a modest building manager named Cleveland Heep (Paul Giamatti) rescues a mysterious young woman (Bryce Dallas Howard) and discovers she is actually a narf, a character from a bedtime story who is trying to make the treacherous journey from our world back to hers. Cleveland and his fellow tenants start to realize that they are also characters in this bedtime story. As Cleveland falls in love with the woman, he works together with the tenants to protect his new fragile friend from the deadly creatures that reside in this fable and are determined to prevent her from returning home."

This looks like it could be amazing!

Seeing the trailer b4 Harry Potter was so cool because it looked so mundane and everybody in the full house at the vast Chinese was kinda "meh" ... until the credit "A film by M. Night Shyamalan" appeared and you could hear the audible "aaahhhhh" of thousands, as the meaning of the trailer just seen completely morphed in reaction to the sudden identity knowledge of the film's creator.

Not many movie directors can have that effect.

Interesting tactic, definitely intriguing.

I was the only one to recognize the name. The best thing I could say was, another movie with a very odd twist.
