Have you seen the new Wendy's commercial (link) where the hamburgers stack to the beat of a bit of techno music? If you're not familiar with it, here is the whole song:

I'd just like to thank Wendy's for finally engaging in marketing that successfully changes my opinion of them. Other than an occasional snack of french fries dipped in a Frostie the rest of their food is vile. But now, whenever I see their new commercial I am associating pleasant images with their food.

That's good marketing. They've perfectly blended sex with their marketing in a way that some will get and those who don't won't be able to complain about (unlike the Paris Hilton Carls Jr. ad).

But will you now end up buying power tools everytime you get a burger?

Yes, yes. But they never showed us the final product of what they were building.

Wendy's commercials have long been the very bane of my existence.

Wait a minute, were these women real construction workers? What union do they belong to? As a man, I'd hate to be treated like a piece of meat being whistled at walking next to this construction site.
Hmph.


I also wonder if the same filmmaker that made the David Banner video 'Play' did this one, too. It's very similar. Both songs are cool.

Heh, my problem with the Wendy's commercial is that it features Wendy's food. Blech.

That music video is hilarious, I'd never seen it before. :)
