At a stoplight. A man, a woman, and two girls who appeared to be around 9 to 11 years old. Young enough to be wearing school uniforms and carrying Bratz backpacks. The man stops in the crosswalk and lights a cigarette for one of the little girls.

You could start by wearing pants lower than your butt. Pulling up your pants all day is cool.
