Some Bunny Needs a Lovin' Home!!!

Hey everyone!

Morrigoon and I rescued a baby bunny from being "set free" in a field, after an irresponsible mother decided that her 2-year-old daughter's "Easter present" was too much of a hassle to keep any longer. (Believe me, I really want to smack the woman.)

Anyway, this bouncy baby boy is currently being fostered at my place, but we can't keep him - Ken and I are already filled to the rim with as many animals as we can properly care for in our apartment.

So, this baby needs a loving home and a name!!! (New bunny parents can decide that one.)

Here he is:

And, he will be given free to his new good home with the cage shown:

If any of you would like him, please let me know!! He needs a permanent home ASAP. He's quite the lover too - he's very calm and loves to be held for a long time.

When he came to us, his cage was absolutely disgusting. The idiots had even left the plastic shrink wrap around the lower edges that he could have ingested!! It also had never been cleaned in at least a month, and he didn't even have any traces of proper food - only a handful of baby carrots that were laying amongst piles of poo on the bottom of the cage. So, I've got him all cleaned up and ready to go, and even bought him a small cage litter box that he's already starting to use! When stretched out, he's about 7-8 inches long. He's the cutest little ball of fluff!

I'm even willing to deliver him to you. And, if he doesn't fit well in your home, I'm willing to take him back at any time to be placed again.

Thanks so much!!!
Teresa

You are so cool, DP. If I lived near you, I would take in the little guy, although my cats gave my last bunny a heart-attack.

Him's very cute, and that mother is a frikken idiot. I'll bet she gets Jr a baby chick next year!

Awww FLUFFYBUNNY! (not KITTY! Kevin)

I can't take the fluffball but I found several bunny rescue places. Here's the first one I clicked and here is the Google search results

Wait until Wednesday when Chris leaves fro Chicago and I can sneak him into the house. Hell, it's better than another cat and a Mercedes.

Psst. I don't think you were supposed to be thinking that aloud while Chris is still at home.

When I first saw the thread title, I thought of this

:)

Sure is a cute bunny, but we've already got enough of a menagerie.

Oh, if I were closer I'd have him in a hot minute.

I've asked a friend here who is in to Bunny recue if she knows someone in LA you can get together with to help place this adorable boy in a good home.

omg that guy is adorable. We're not allowed to have pets in our apartment :(

Of course, bunnies don't make much noise...

More baby carrots, some potatoes and a little salt... and you've got yourself dinner!
:D

But seriously, the bunny's cute.
