OMG! I'm so happy!
 

Please forgive me in advance for spouting here, but I had to share.

I recently started doing a podcast and in reality thought there would be all of three or four people interested in it. Happily, I was so totally wrong in this respect, 200 iTunes subscribers and I'm thrilled.

But the big news is that Kevin Brownlow has agreed to do an interview with me. In Disney terms this would be like interviewing Walt himself or one of the 9 old men. Kevin Brownlow is pretty much considered God in the restoration/archival world of silent film. Or at least the Godfather. I've admired him ever since I read his first book, The Parade's Gone By (highly recommended if you love old Hollywood a fabulous book). I am so excited, I feel like I am really on the map!

That is WONDERFUL! I've heard you talk - in glowing terms - about Brownlow before. How cool it is to be able to interview him and publish it.
