I saw this headline earlier and thought - perfect LoT thread. hmmmmm

He can't get it out now because of health issues but why couldn't he get it out in 1996?

See, now thats exactly what I wondered.
Though the article I read did also say that he had to have tissue removed in order to place the offending item IN.
Maybe............ no, I dont want to go there. Someone else can.
