Netflix Rolling Roadshow
 

This is very cool. Netflix will be showing cool movies where they were filmed. We'll definitely be going to see Raising Arizona. I used to live right there! Maybe it will give me an edge for the scavenger hunt! :p

The Poseidon Adventure feels like a really odd choice for that slate. It's a cool idea though.

However, I've made it almost 10 years in the Bay Area without going to Alcatraz and I'm hoping to make it another 10.

They could come out here to Kissimmee/ St. Cloud and show 2000 Maniacs. I've actually gone into downtown St. Cloud to find the locations for that Hershell Gordon Lewis classic, and I found them. whee.

Closer to my current digs, they could show Jaws 3-D at Sea World, though I doubt that would ever happen.

The Clerks screening sounds like fun, and Jaws is tempting too.

Field of Dreams would be awesome.

It's a cool concept, that's for sure. :)

Seems a little weird that the only LA-proximity screening is in Long Beach, but a Poseidon Adventure party would be a total blast! Too bad we have to "win" tickets somehow due to the limited availability. I'll be trying to win them, though. (What would YOU do for a Klondike bar?)

Are they going to show Armageddon on an asteroid? That would be cool!:D

I'm afraid you missed it already. They showed that one long long ago...

I would love to see "The Searchers" in Monument Valley, but it's sure going to be a hot place in August.
