Home is where the heart is, and

I was out taking some pics today, just being a tourist my last day before hitting the bricks of a new job, I only uploaded a few pics, will do more later. But here is my aparment.

Entrance to my apartment bldg.

The entrance lobby to the building

The rest of the entrace lobby

Okay, nothing inside the apartment, yet, too many boxes to unpack!

Here's one of Mission Dolores, it was a lovely day today! High of about 65, blissfull!

Gorgeous! I'm totally jealous.

Ooooo... SWANK!

Here are a few more, many, surprisingly, did not turn out :(

The old Vendanta Society bldg. Now apartments as far as I can tell

The very cool victorian across the street from my building, now divided into apartments

The Palace of Fine Arts (the grounds are undergoing some renovation)

Sadly, the gorgeous shots from Lincoln Park of the GG bridge are only in my head, not on the camera.

So pretty! What a great apartment building! I may have to come up again to see it in person! ;)

You're more than welcome! Give me another month to unpack!
You can meet Tango and no doubt we can get into trouble somehow!

If you come before 9/17 there is a Monet exhibit at the Legion of Honor

Awww...just when I was starting to think about thinking positively about my apartment hunt.

There is NOTHING in my area that could possibly be that awesome. And if there was, it would be condos.

now ask what the rent on one of those is. I think you'll feel better pretty quickly

I figured that would be tacky, since this is a public forum and I don't really know Snowflake.

But I'm sure it's much more than I'm currently paying. And I'm sure it's much more than I'll be paying when I find a new place, which will be much more than I'm paying now.

It's still way prettier than anything I've taken tours of lately.
