Take a look at this hilarious conversation between a 911 operator and a distraught mother.

Although it is totally inappropriate, it still makes me laugh everytime I watch it.

I've heard a longer segment of the tape (this is at least a year old). The woman actually spent a lot of time bitching about the daughter and ignoring the dispatcher and making it seem like it was not her fault. She (the caller) is a trailer-trash be-atch.

The dispatcher was disciplined but did not lose his job.
