Do you make them with sourdough starter? I do. Some people "sour" the dough artificially with lemon juice, vinagar, or some other acid. I do it the old way......

And what that guy called pancakes, I call crepes.:snap:

And I still prefer using Aunt Jemima original pancake mix the most. It reminds me of breakfast at Disneyland!:D

On another site I visit, there's a particular picture that pops up repeatedly that shows a bunny with a pancake on its head. I'll see if I can find it.
